AMERSPORTS PRO CLUB TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All Pro Club purchase programs are coordinated by Amer Sports Winter & Outdoor Company, on behalf of its Amer Sports group affiliates, including the respective owners/distributors of the following brands: ARMADA, SALOMON, SUUNTO and ATOMIC (collectively, referred to herein as "we", "us", "our" as context may require).
The SUUNTO VIP purchase program is available to: employees, VIP, and professionals complying with the conditions and criteria as defined by SUUNTO having purchased SUUNTO products on or after the September 15, 2016 through the program available at www.suunto.com.
The SALOMON VIP purchase program is available to: employees, VIP, and professionals complying with the conditions and criteria as defined by SALOMON having purchased SALOMON products on or after September 15, 2016 through the program available at www.salomon.com.
The ARMADA VIP purchase program is available to: employees, VIP, and professionals complying with the conditions and criteria as defined by ARMADA having purchased ARMADA products on or after September 15, 2016 through the program available at www.armadaskis.com.
Programs on www.armadaskis.com, www.salomon.com, www.suunto.com and www.atomic.com are sometimes referred to as "Online Stores".
"Products" means any product offered through the Program or Online Stores.
How to Join the Amer Sports Pro Club Purchase Program (the "Program")
To enjoy the benefits of this Program, you will need to join the Program by creating a PRO, VIP or Employee account. To be approved, you must apply via the application process using a business email address with a domain that has been approved by Amer Sports Winter & Outdoor Company. Eligible employees, VIP, and professionals must subscribe to the Program via www.amersportsproclub.com and review these terms and conditions and opt in to receive newsletters. By joining the Program you will be able to purchase Products at special price shown on the Online Stores. When creating an account on the Amer Sports Pro Club, you accept that this account will be synchronized on www.armadaskis.com, www.salomon.com, www.suunto.com and www.atomic.com. The privileges of this account will then be tailored to your profile. Registration for the Program is free of charge.
Conditions of Use of the Program
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. The Products offered through the Program are intended for PERSONAL USE ONLY. This Program is not intended to purchase Products for others or to resell the Products; doing so will jeopardize your participation in this Program. The reselling of products acquired through the program or other abuse of the program will result in termination of your access to the program.
Stores, subject to expiration and maximum purchase limits. Once the maximum spent amount or the expiration date is reached, whichever occurs first, you will still be able to purchase Product on the Online Stores, but at the usual retail price as indicated on said Online Stores. The Program prices are considered strictly confidential, and by using the Program you agree to keep the Program prices offered to you strictly confidential and not to disclose Program price information to any third party. The Program prices should not be copied or otherwise distributed.
Your account has a limit determined by the access code received. This limit determines the total value of Products you can order, Products selection available for purchase, and quantity per category allowed. Your card and account privileges will expire within one (1) year of the time of account creation or when leaving the company or once the maximum spend has been reached, if earlier. When your account and privileges expire, your information will be transferred to our retail customer database.
Current warranty policies will apply to all purchases. Visit the Online Stores for warranty information. Only Products available and in stock and shown on the Online Stores can be purchased through the Online Stores, no pre order purchases will be accepted. Delivery rates will be charged at the rates indicated on the Online Stores.
Modifications, suspension or ending of the Program
This Program remains a privilege offered by the Amer Sports Pro Club. Therefore, the Amer Sports Pro Club reserves the right at any time to modify, suspend or terminate the program and its terms and conditions without explanation or notice, and without compensation.
Liability
Your Program account credentials are personal and not transferable. You are solely responsible for your credentials and are required not to disclose your login details to anyone. The Program will not be liable for any fraudulent use of your account by a third party. The resale of Products acquired through the program or other abuse of the program will result in termination of your access to the Program. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure the optimal use of the privileges related to the Program.
Communicating and Acceptance of terms and conditions
We may use your personal data to communicate with you, for example, to provide information relating to our products and/or services you are using or to contact you for customer satisfaction queries. We may use your personal data for marketing or research purposes, for example, to conduct market research and we may, in accordance with applicable law, contact you to inform you of new products, services or promotions we may offer. Also, some of our products and services may be used to promote products and services of other companies. However, we do not disclose your personal data to such companies or any other company outside of the Amer Sports group of companies for marketing purposes without your prior consent. This Program is additionally subject to the Privacy Policy terms available on the Online Stores.
By using this Program you acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions of the Program. The provisions of these terms are not intended to exclude any statutory rights granted to you by law, rights which you cannot waive or which cannot be limited by contract.
Any order placed through this Program is additionally subject to the general terms and conditions and or terms of sale applicable for any purchase on the Online Stores.
Only Products available in stock can be purchased through www.armadaskis.com, www.salomon.com, www.suunto.com and www.atomic.com, no pre order will be accepted.
Delivery will be charged whatever the amount of the order, as follows:
